How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures faster processing.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, a return shipping fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your refund.
